I was just wondering with everything that is going on and the changes being made to organisations, what is the new normal for L&D departments?
How has your L&D changed to cope with the new normal?
What is the new normal where you are? has the L&D department had to completely changed in the way learning is delivered? do you still have an L&D department or has it been merged into HR or even production?
would like to hear your thoughts and hear how your companies or companies you know that have L&D departments and how they have changed, they may not of been effected i would still like to hear from you as well.
