We have created a detailed skills matrix which we entered into our HRIS for match and gap to establish the requirements for the training plan, and also using it for recruitment. We need the data constantly (quarterly) updated data, but we are struggling to get the LMs to update if someone improved/completed a training/gained the skill. Does anyone work with skill matrix? how do you keep it live???

What's the purpose of the skills matrix Szabina - what are you trying to achieve?
Do you report all training through your LMS, what LMS is it? Have you spoken to the LMS provider to see if they can help at all?
