I've also done this but I suspect I'm a bit late! I have found it difficult to attach evidence to my CPD log - I see the button but it fails to save so I have to log CPD without any evidence. However, it doesn't let you go back in to upload evidence once posted. I'm probably doing something wrong so any advice on this would be great! :)

I'm glad to see that you are using the log. Uploading evidence is optional - it is not a requirement for your qualification so rest assured that your log will still be perfectly fine to submit.
I've tried the upload function on my account and it works for me. This leads me to wonder if it's something else that is causing the issue. There are two things to eliminate as potential fixes:
1, please refresh your cache and try again.
2, if that doesn't work, try using an up to date version of google chrome as your browser. If you are already using Chrome (and the refresh makes no difference), please do come back to me and I'll investigate further 😊
