My company is looking to implement a flexible working policy, with something around being able to work from home 2 days a week.
Does anyone have an example of this policy or similar? Would be really good to get an idea for this and to start writing it up.

Hi Rusha,
My company are good at being flexible and we are allowed to work from home when needed for example no childcare for that day, school play to attend, car in the garage etc. We dont have a 2 day per week rule, although i think this is a great idea.
