We are currently implementing a new Leadership programme for First Line Managers and Middle Managers (heads/senior heads).
We want to name them something different than just the traditional "Leadership Programme". Ideally something more inspiring and creative. Happy to go into more detail on what each programme entails but would love to hear your thoughts on what you have called your leadership programmes or if you have any resources, links or tips to naming them something inspiring!!

The answer may be closer than you think! I was involved in a leadership programme for a large bank some years ago, it was run over several days and was simply called "Inspiring Leadership"
Simple, effective and catchy.

Good luck with your leadership programme! I tend to find that as long as the leadership programme is sponsored by the CEO or equivalent senior manager then people will come and therefore the title is less important. The content then becomes the crucial element. I found that the leadership programmes that worked the best had:
A recognised psychometric to enable indepth discussions about personal preference, e.g. MBTI, SDI
Covered the psychology and practice of working in teams and leading teams
Covered leadership in the context of running a business (large or small, explaining and using business models)
Dealt with issues of leading (vision, mission etc) and managing (day to day objective setting and achieving objectives at all levels)
Explaining how all the above links together

Hi Channel
At the organisation I worked at previously we called our Leadership Programme 'Engage'. Employee Engagment is a key role for every leader and starts with their individual purpose and engagement, so they in turn can inspire and engage their team/s.
