Level 7 Dissertation - Perception of HR and Value Add

Hi All,For my level 7 dissertation I am hoping to look into the perception of HR and how this can affect the value HR can addI hope to do a survey for multiple industries, but then focus on manufacturing as I work in the industry. Does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, recommended reading, input, videos, websites, models, theories, etc. which may help me with my research?Thank youAnnie
