Morning all!
I'm hoping somebody could point me in the right direction on this one. I am looking for a resource like the DPG community but for Line Managers to provide them with support and also Networking opportunities. Does anybody use a particular site or has anybody heard of some good ones? I know ILM have their own community but didn't know if there were any others.
Google has unfortunately let me down on this one as I can't find anything!!

Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Richard have you checked out Alchemy for Managers - it's a great support site for team managers but not sure if it offers the community elements.

I agree with Mike that Alchemy for Managers is a great resource for a best practice point of view and advise on specific topics. Lots of our managers are currently using that and feedback suggests that they find it useful.
Perhaps from a community perspective to give them networking and collaboration opportunities, I'm wondering whether Linked In might be a good place for them to be? I've always found this useful for networking, mentoring, reading discussions, posting questions etc.
What's your thoughts on that? Would that work? Would be interested to hear.
