Office Olympics 2018

With the Winter Olympics starting tonight, let’s use this opportunity to encourage colleagues to work in teams and compete in the Office Olympics. I came across an article which shares some great activities and goes into more details around why they chose to run an office Olympics tournament. Click here to read the article.

This triggered my curiosity too and I found a number of games you can bring to the work environment, from office chair bobsleigh to ping pong ball ski jumping. Share below what games you would like to see or be a part of and how you think this can boost employee engagement at work.
