I have recently been looking at ways in which I can develop my knowledge further after completing my LDP programme. I struggled at first using the usual excuses like working full time, Christmas shopping and attending the festive parties.
Then I found podcasts which I can listen to on the go. I came across the following blog post which lists 6 podcasts that everyone who cares about employee engagement should listen to. My favourite has to be 'Fearless Careers', what is yours? Click here to view the post.

Thanks for sharing this Laura - some useful podcasts here.
Hi Laura - some great podcasts here I'll make sure I give them a listen on my commute. There are some L&D related ones below
Trainer Tools
5 trainers in a car
The eLearning Guys
Dear Instructional designer
The eLearning Coach
The online course coach
Learning Innovations
Sponge elearning
ATD Podcast
Some great additions here Mike, I certainly have plenty of podcasts to keep me going :-)
Great share Laura.
I can't let this one slip by without a hat tip to a couple of good L&D podcasts that I'm into.
First up is the boys and girls at Good Practice. They do a a weekly show about work, performance and learning. It's hosted and expertly produced by Ross Garner. If I was to pin it down to favourite episodes, I'd have to say their live podcast in London and the one we did with them on Working Out Loud are up there!
Learning Now TV also have a podcast channel called Learning Now Radio that's also worth a check out. You'll find it at https://learningnow.tv/listen.
Both, I believe, you can find on the usual podcasting apps to download to your phone and listen to on the go.
Interested to hear what other podcasts people have to share......
Thanks for this Ady, I will be adding this to my podcasts to continue my own personal development
