In our workshop (Milton Keynes) we've been discussing recruitment and I thought I would share with you an example of what I think is a good advert. The fact that it is within my team and I wrote it probably makes me think it is good (LOL) but would welcome the feedback :-)

Honest is definitely the key word for this job advert, take a look if you want to be amused and appalled at the same time!

I think this job advert is very easy on the eye, concise in terms of what the role requires and gives a good outline to the business.
I used to work for the BGL Group and they have a good team working in recruitment and the group as a whole has well advertised values and a great outlook on looking after their employees. I would like to share one of their job adverts as it breaks down what the role is about by asking the reader questions as the headings.
