What is the future of HR? That’s the question that was being posed under the theme of CIPD’s Annual Conference and Exhibition a couple of years ago.
In the video below, I had the pleasure of working alongside resident content wizardress Lucy Bolton as we caught up with the eight members of the blog squad team a couple of years ago.
At many events, a blog squad is a team of people that work across the web sharing the key points and useful takeaways from the variety of sessions that exist. With their finger on the pulse, they’ve always got useful insights under the theme of the conference. This one was around the future of HR.
