Chat on Social Leadership on G+ Hangout

I've just been playing around with Google Hangouts. Following my talk at Learning & Skills Conference Julian Staddon was keen to ask some questions and explore some of the themes around social leadership.

Martin Couzins kindly offered to facilitate a chat via a Google Hangout that we could record and share and this is the finished video.

We cover hierarchy, culture, community, role modelling, digital literacy, quiet talent, social behaviours and the role that Learning professionals can play. It's only 20 minutes long so give it a listen and see what you think....I like the idea of Google Hangouts and the way it links up with YouTube is fab. I will look to try some others soon - watch this space if you're interested to be involved..
