I have to say that work wear is perhaps where I do stand out from my work colleagues. I polish my shoes/boots every day (not bulled I might add) enough to have earned the title of 'shiny booted one' by my trainees.
I did once 'borrow' a pair of boots that a colleague had left at their desk covered in mud for a week - and returned them very highly polished (parade bulled) for them to wear at a staff meeting to demonstrate how I expected them to look after their boots in the future! No, that didn't last!
Steve, these 2 made me chuckle - I strangely don't miss the 'Sporty' and I've had some work wear revelations recently....a skirt one week and then the next week, a high heel! One day I might go crazy and wear a skirt and a heel TOGETHER!! The possibilities are endless....Lol :D
