As promised, I listened in to the much awaited talk by Brene Brown on vulnerability yesterday. I really enjoyed the talk - it was full of new insights building on Brown's work that she first aired at TEDx in Houston 2010. The key themes I picked up on were:
Scarcity
Protecting Ourselves
Crushing Creativity
Empathy is the Casualty
Blame
Empathy
Shame
