Calling all previous participants!!!!
I'm working my way through my latest assignment and I need some testimonials from previous learners...They have to be positive though! Are there activities you liked the most? A particular workshop? what did you enjoy the most about your program?what are you planning on doing as a result of your new found knowledge/skills?

I completed the CIPD programme a few years ago and as a team we also put all of the training team through it too. I found the workshops really helpful as the discussions helped me to clarify the learning that I had done outside of the workshop. Feedback was excellent and helped me to identify my strengths and areas for improvement. Since the workshop myself (and the team) strive to continuously improve what we do, looking for ways to keep up to date with current L&D developments and what was learned during the programme is not forgotten as we use the knowledge in our roles.
My teacher was wonderful - extremely helpful, kept us all up to date throughout and gave great advice.
