Yes it’s nearly with us! I hope you have all managed to fit in your Christmas shopping between work, your programme and your personal lives? What did we do before on line shopping! I hope you do manage to get a well-deserved break over Christmas, but if you are working on your programme I have outlined below the support which will be available to you, should you need it.
Your facilitator will make you aware on your community programme group as to when they will be working over Christmas and New Year, so you know when you can contact them direct. Anything non urgent you will be able to post on your community group and they will log in ad hoc and check and respond to postings. However please be aware that this response may not be immediate.
There will be reduced technical support over the period 23 December 2014 to 1 January 2015. A lot of queries received by technical support are about forgotten passwords, so if you are planning to work or submit work over the Christmas period please ensure you can access your Learning Pathway as soon as possible and save your password for when you next log in.
Any technical queries raised in the Christmas period will be dealt with within 48 hours.
The DPG CIPD Operations Support Team at DPG is shut over Christmas. We close from 2.30pm on 23 December 2014 and reopen on 2 January 2015. There will be some cover in the CIPD sales team in our main office, so should you have an urgent query which your facilitator cannot sort then you can ring the general DPG number 0161 975 7777 and they will arrange for someone to contact you direct. However for general queries please just email your project manager, using the email address on your learning pathway. They will then respond to you when the office reopens on 2 January.
