It's that time of the year again. Less than two weeks until the biggest HR event of the year. The CIPD Annual Conference & Exhibition 2014, held on the 5th/6th November held at the fantastic Manchester Central.

Don't miss DPG's own Head of Learning Solutions, Mike Collins talk at 10:30am on Day One in his controversially entitled talk ' Dragging HR out of the Dark Ages'. The talk will look at how HR needs to stay relevant, continually innovate and focus on creating value. Have HR evolved to deliver this amidst an age of change and disruption or is HR still cowering in the dark ages? A thought provoking way to start the conference.
