To get a better understanding of how our company looks at the importance of this topic, my first port of call was our intranet.

I wanted to specifically gauge how this was viewed in relation to Performance Management.

I have discovered a wealth of expertise within the business with a "Managers Toolkit" and even an internal group (which I have now joined) who create videos, documents and a whole host of media which also relates to different cultures.

Once I've checked I'm not breaching any internal company security issues, I plan to share some of these as future blogs.

In the meantime, does anyone have any interesting articles or experiences around this subject that you would like to share?
