  • This is a great article I have looked through the report and it makes you realise just how fast paced and ever changing HR is I will add this to my cpd record.
  • I find this very interesting given work I am doing internally on specifying the business requirements for our HR, Payroll (and Finance/Procurement) operations.

I am pleased to read that a lot of the insight we have to date follows the "direction of travel" detailed in the Deloitte report, in that we want to empower managers and employees to be more self sufficient, able to update information securely, have 24/7 access on a range of devices and for the number of workflows and handoffs to be reduced and simplified.

Ultimately, getting the information that is IN the system to be accurate, well maintained, meaningful and secure is what will add value to the various tools and access methods that exist.

Definitely a broad topic that I'll be keeping an eye on over the next 18 months!

    Gary.
