Good morning,
I have just started the Level 5 Diploma course and the reason I have started this because at the moment I am in hospitality management and wanting to utilise my people skills I have developed and fine-tune them into HR which also will be more family-friendly in the long run. I also live in Australia at the moment but am planning to move back to the Uk in the next 12-18 months.
So for me, this HR course and knowledge is a new start to me, with no prior background knowledge specifically but I really want to expand my networks and connections and to relate what I'm learning into work...and so I'd be happy to start with some volunteer work online if there is any?
