Marching on...

Thought I would add to my blog this evening.  I have recently attended workshop 5 preparing for success and there is alot to do.  However, with the help of Phil, our facilitator he has broken down the tasks into nice bite size chunks.  Actually one of my favourite sayings (or a version of it anyway) is that you can't eat an elephant whole, however, in small pieces it can be achieved:).  Not that I would want to eat an elephant of course, but in day to day life some times tasks can seem just too huge to handle.  One thing I can take away from workshop 5 and the work coming out from it, is to take a step back, assess the situation and plan the workload accordingly.  Anyway, in my usual fashion I digress...

I am very proud of myself this evening.  I have managed to complete the job description, job spec and job advert for a personnel advisor, even remembering the ADIDA model.  I may even apply for the role myself:)
