I have permission from the author of this case study to share it with the DPG Community. The study has established a link between culture and organisatonal performance. The study sample size is not huge (and not specifically stated) but appears to be sufficent to believe the outcomes, particularly as it is consistent with other studies that we have seen. In our studies, we have learned that by sytematically deploying HR Pracrices this leads to High Performing Workplaces (HPWs). The case study attached is an illustration of high performing businesses deploying a concious effort to nurture the right culture (HR policy and practice) and the opposite being true for organisations that don't. It is an interesting read, allbeit a small study.
