What makes a great online learning experience?

It’s no big secret that we’ve got award nominations coming out of our ears. In fact, since the news on our treble award nomination was revealed, a forth award nomination has landed for our resident content designer Lucy Bolton.

The online learning experience in our HRM programme is award nomination worthy for many reasons. The interactive business district with real life challenges and scenarios puts our learners at the heart of supporting the characters that they meet from organisations from a wide variety of sectors.

Of course, I’m bound to say it, but the approach is brilliant. Looking at this programme through my L&D lens, I personally believe that back in the days before I was working for DPG, I’d be looking at this programme as a great example of what we should be aspiring to achieve with digital when it comes to modern organisational learning.

In this interview, I got chance to chat with those involved in the building of this programme and listen to them as they share what’s great about it.
