It's a question that we should continually be asking ourselves, bending, flexing and shaping our professional practice to keep up with the times. This was the question that was the theme of the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition a couple of years ago when we got chance to catch up with the blog squad there and find out there thoughts on the answers to this.
