Ok, so I have just started my Level 5 L&D programme. An iffy start for me, having missed the first webinar as a result of having an old schedule and dialling in after the session had finished! However the great news is, that all sessions are recorded, so you can simply click the link and catch up. I have connected with my tutor and listened to the recording as well as working my way through my introductory learning paths, so now feel fully up to speed. A challenging week for me as going through a transformation process at work with 2 appeals to complete with very little notice. My focus now is to getting going and crack on with this programme, connect with my fellow peers and start sharing and studying. Looking forward to connecting and probably posting a few questions, as well as hopefully being able to post a few answers. My intro on the webinar, would be that I work for centrica/british gas, so another regulated and corporate environment! And my goal is also to validate the 15 years I have spent working across all disciplines of L&D and the expertise I have through a formal certification route. I am also keen to learn from others, as well as share and benchmark. I have recently completed by CIPD Learning and Development Programme and Kirkpatrick Bronze certificates with DPG, so looking forward to learning more as part of this programme and cohort
