My Organisation is looking to introduce a new performance management/appraisal system which includes a competency framework section.
CIPD have a competency toolkit that can be purchased (£720 ) which I believe guides you through the competency writing stage to achieve a complete competency framework fit for your individual company.
Does anyone have any experience of using this toolkit please?
Your advice or comments would be greatly appreciated before we make any investment of time or money.
