French Speaking HR Professional, looking for work

Hi Everyone,

My name is Morgane and I have recently moved form France to London and I'm currently undertaking the CIPD level 5 course.

I have begun my job search and I thought a good place to start would be to post my availability here on the community to see if anybody could help me in my search or point me in the right direction.

In 2010 I graduated from Toulouse University with a Masters degree in HR Management, followed by a one year working holiday in Australia. For the last four years I have worked in France and Morocco for Club Med Holidays, two years as HR Assistant and the final two years as HR Manager.

Club Med Holidays has 15 000 employees and 80 hotels around the word. They provide all inclusive holidays and many additional services in their hotels (Entertainment, Hospitality, Sports, Spa, Kids club...).  Creating happiness by sharing experiences with the employees of the hotel is the mission of the company. 

My Job role as HR Manager involved a broad spectrum of HR duties, which included:

- Payroll, contracts and administrative duties (visa procedures, sick leave, HR system updates)

- Recruitment and induction of the staff

- Employee Relations (Meetings with the Union representative)

- Policy implementation and French employment law advice

- Training and development
