I've been asked to look into Natural HR, an on-line HR database that companies can use which offers totally free, no 30 day trials, no credit card needed, no gimmicks, no minimum contracts, no catches – just free! Sounds too good?
The company that would require use of this would have around 40 employees and no full time HR department. Without signing up I've looked at the website which seems to offer everything they need such as self-service and a that the data, the employees and the company is protected and the data is backed up at all times.
It seems in the future you will have to pay for add on and upgrades so they will make their money that way and could be using companies at the moment as part of their 'guinea pigs' and you don’t know what will happen with your information if you want to change databases but for now it does seem free.
Has anyone heard of this database or even uses it or uses something just as good and can recommend it...I would love to hear from you?
