Hi all,
Ideas and help greatly appreciated. We are hosting a session to update our Leadership framework and would like to start the session with a short and snappy intervention to really get people thinking differently. Nothing too serious, we'd like our participants to feel engaged and excited, whilst open minded, before looking at our current course suite to improve it.Thoughts thus far include optical illusions, 6 thinking hats... But these don't feel "different enough".
Any thoughts welcomed, and thanks in advance!

One of the other things I've seen done really well and whilst it isn't an intervention as such is to run the session but capture the minutes and outputs in a visual way by 'street' artists. These visual minutes can be photo'd and then used as a great reminder of the theme of the day and what everyone discussed and agreed to. It's cool, funky and quite a different. Here is an example of this being done at an unconference event I attended last year.
Hi Alison, the day went very well thanks, I did put feedback on the community feeds if you wish to take a look.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is your kind of thing, but I used this recently to get people thinking differently, it was great fun too...

Thanks so much Darren, this is a great resource.
Thanks Darren - really liked that. How did your LMS training day go?
I wasn't sure if you got my message?
Hi Levina
If it's a leadership course and there are any elements about being a leader and how to gain influence or buy in towards a common goal I always love to play
Leadership Lessons From Dancing Guy - there are great conversations about leadership and followers that can stem from this and it's a fun video as well.
