Yes; not 1, not 2, not 3 BUT 19 Learner Burdens !!!!
I came across this infographic and it reminded me of the challenges we face as learning professionals about workplace learning and specifically motivating those we work with to take control & accountability for their own learning.
These 19 burdens go right across the spectrum in terms of learner motivation and negativity but all impact learner engagement.

What can we do about these things as people responsible for helping people to unburden themselves around learning?

Very good point Wilfred - learning is often perceived as a 'big thing' rather than something that is done every day in everything we do. Whilst the above points might refer to classroom training or training as an event it's worth reminding ourselves that learning doesn't need to take lots of time.
