In December 2016 we implemented the THG Academy - an in house function that offers a vast amount of training sessions for all employees across the business on a "sign up" basis.
We created a survey through Survey Monkey, listing the names and dates of different sessions, where people then advised which session they would like to attend and we would then send them the calendar invite through Microsoft Outlook.
Although this was a great way to do this initially, the Academy has grown in sessions and with the number of employees and is no longer viable long term.
We are looking for a system that will;
- Allow us to analyse the information; who attended from each Division, feedback.
- Have employees book on/off sessions themselves up to a maximum capacity.
- Track who actually attended.
Can anyone recommend any system? All suggestions welcome!

Firstly congratulations on the THG Academy being a success! It sounds from your post that you now find yourself in the market for a learning management system of some description. There are so many out there and all at different price points so it's hard to wade your way through them so you know the system does what you need it to.
Pricing mostly depends on volume or users so always worth having a chat with any provider to see what they can do depending on numbers
