Looking for some assistance, I'm running a 30min facilitation session on inclusivity in the workplace.
I intend use the ladder of inference as one of the models to showcase unconscious basis.
Any help or ideas for running the session would be appreciated.

Your post reminded me of a video that I shared a little while ago and while it might not be specifically about inclusivity in the workplace it is a powerful video. It provides fantastic opportunity to open conversations up about diversity awareness and unconscious or conscious bias.
