You’re probably already aware, but as a Towards Maturity ambassador we wanted to promote this year’s Towards Maturity Benchmark Study. As a DPG Community member we would love to have you involved. Now in its 12th year, the study enables learning leaders to review their current L&D strategy and map it against effective practices established over the last 12 years from the input of over 3,500 L&D leaders around the globe: 84% of this year’s participants have said that just taking part has provided them with new ideas to take their strategy forward.
