...because I cant find zip all online or on the IiP site to give me an inkling from what angle this survey is coming....I realise of course that IiP have a confidential process that they wont want to publish publicly, but still....
We already participate in an annual deep dive employee engagement survey through Sunday Times Top 100, managed by Best Companies, so of course Im curious and want to avoid duplicity.
Has anyone been through this yet? Please let me know your thoughts if you are able to.

I was at an IiP Champion event recently where they introduced their new assessment criteria.
My understanding is that the assessment process will be changing to align to the new award structure, which now includes a platinum award. There will be certain criteria that you need to meet x number of to meet a certain level.
I believe the survey you are referring to is an online self-assessment diagnostic that you can use to give you a flavour of how you might perform in an assessment and identify areas for improvement. Part of the process is a context meeting with your IiP assessor so this diagnostic gives you a starting point for that conversation.
They have just finished the pilot and will be moving to the new format soon (I think!).
Apologies that it is all quite vague, but it is a very new process and we only just last year received re-accreditation so we haven't had the opportunity to explore this is any detail yet.

Thanks for this...it sounds like a very useful tool to measure the temperature of an organisation in those interim periods between assessments when things can often start to flatline without continued impetus. Hmmm, I'll watch this space then, Id be interested to know how the diagnostic is themed for sure to understand any potential synergy between engagement tools.
