One of my objectives in 2014 is to improve the Harley-Davidson Internship programme, looking at the learning and development of the intern, their tasks, cross functional group work etc. I wonder if any of you have internships in your organisation and if so do you have any material on how the programme is structured and what learning and development activities you conduct with them.
