I'm working with some ESOL learners and i want to use a pictoral scale for the evaluation of their learning so they can mark their improvement on a ladder/tree etc.
Does anyone have an evaluation form like this which they've used before?

One of our facilitators and her group came up with a great way of doing a visual evaluation that might be useful or help in someway
