For each external client training session, in person or online we currently have a basic survey, mark 1-5 if you were satisfied/not satisfied and then an optional comment.
This is a historical survey, one of which I'm look to replace because the results are not telling me anything that I can approve on or being specific about certain aspects.
I was wondering if anyone would be happy to share their survey questions which they are currently using to help me put a proposal for a new survey in place?

Hi Helen, I've sent you a response with a link to a survey monkey I use for one of my clients, sorry I can't share it publically as it has client specific data.
