Hi, we're currently building some training sessions around coaching and also performance management. We're therefore on the lookout for any short clips which show the best and worst examples of either coaching and/or running a 121.
Does anyone have any knowledge of any free clips around that will help us? I'd rather not have the animated type ones and any amusing 'bad' ones would be great.
