Whereabouts are you and what is the nature of the business that you are wanting to LEAN engineer?
I have been recommended a provider by colleagues, but the company is based in South Wales; it was widely used by the automotive industry (where some of my colleagues used to work.) If you were interested I could PM you the details.
At our factory, our CI department decided to roll out its own training rather than bring in a provider, as it is important that the culture of the organisation is ready for the concepts and this can take some time to develop (years in our case!) and can be developed by phased roll out of the necessary training and implementation of the techniques, which has been our preferred approach.
The CI manager felt that external training was unlikely to be as effective as an internally driven programme.
