Right DPG Community..... we want to have some fun with the latest 'competition' from the CIPD as part of the L&D Show at the end of the month.
This year CIPD are asking delegates, speakers, bloggers, delegates and L&D professionals to hold up a sign (a piece of paper will do) to tell them what inspires them about working in L&D.
They need our help!
So let's get involved and post some L&D Selfies with our signs telling us what inspires you about L&D?
If you have a Twitter account you can post them and tag them with #cipdLDShow as they have a Twitter competition where you can win could win a free delegate place.
Don't have a Twitter account? Post your pictures them here and with your consent we'll tweet them for you from the @DPGplc account.
The CIPD are also going to get their favourite ones up around the event hall and even in People Management magazine.

knew I should have used a thicker pen, can't actually read my slice of paper.
I look a real wreck as well, how hideous, i won't be doing selfies very often!
We've got some great pics being sent in from our HRD Birmingham Group led by Kev Faulkner who had their first workshop only today! Getting involved already love it!
