  • Hi Amy

I used to work for the Greater Manchester Fire Service and used Total Excellence Centre  for many years www.totalexcellencecentre.com - they are fantastic and bespoke everything, the best part is they do in depth diagnostics to make sure the deliver what fits for you

I have since moved over to be the Head of Leadership and Development with them as I loved their style, only a consultancy basis, I have 20 years experience and wanted to get out in the field more

If this company is not suitable,I have worked with many providers over the years and can you reviews if I have worked with them.

http://www.totalexcellencecentre.com/ have many testimonials on their site.

I am a trained coach/mentor and can deliver most of the above, for the Microsoft I know QA are quite good and you can negotiate

    Hope this helps

  • I can recommend Shelly Fishell who runs The IT Surgery

    Good friend of DPG's :-)

  • Hi Amy,

Depending on where you are in the UK, we could potentially help with the Presentation Skills, Assertive Skills, Coaching and Mentoring.
