Hi All,
A little piece of train the trainer coming my way. I love those gigs. It's only a three hour slot, but of course a topic I'm most passionate about and lots of material to fill. That's sometimes the problem with just having three hours. There's so much to cover so much ends on the cutting room floor.
I have my own views on what would be useful, but would be interested to hear yours. The training should focus on delivery, rather than any other aspect (TNA, Design, Evaluation)
So what are the top delivery tips that you think should be shared with those new to delivering training? What are the common pitfalls that you think people come across that I can help them with? What would you say are the key topics that should be covered to get the most value out of a train the trainer session with those new to delivering training?
Your comments below are as always, much appreciated...
Thanks
Ady
