Hi Everyone,
We are delivering a training session in order to pass our Level 3 L&D course.
We are hoping to get as many responses as we can in 24 hours!!
Please can you answer the below question:
What do you think will be the key L&D trend in your organisation in 2016?
Thank you!

Our business is being merged with a larger business (corporate and global). We are the only UK part of the business. Our L&D department will be rolling out a catalogue of online leadership skills modules later this year and HR are currently rolling out an online PDR process (Performance and development review).
Compliance and technical training are very important in the manufacturing facility, with an emphasis on H&S, Quality, operator competency and upskillling engineers.
This year my organisation are focusing on CBT with electronic interaction. We've rebranded recently from a "Training Department" to Learning & Development Academy. So raising our profile to allow our staff to develop themselves more than us "just training" them will be our focus, we'll do this via our new interactive technology and by up skilling our staff internally.
Good luck! :-)

Hi Morgan, thanks for commenting .... really like the sound of the L&D 'Academy', engages people straight away!
For me, its all about catching up and getting our businesses L&D done not just in the classroom. Prior to me, we had no Training department so i'm starting from scratch....i've only just today launched an LMS with e-learning modules on!! Still some way to go though.

Ours is to build capability and upskill internal people in Design and delivery so they can run courses traditionally run by external providers
If you are on Twitter or LinkedIn then let us know and we can share from the @DPGplc account to get your question out as far as possible.
