I have been an advocate of the 70:20:10 model for many years. It's great to see how organisations are using this model and seeing some fantastic results.
For those of you that may not have come across this model before, the model is based around the idea that the majority (around 70%) of learning comes through experience, 20% comes from social learning with colleagues and 10% through formal learning (such as classroom training or on-line courses).
It would be good to hear any success stories from those community members whose organisations use this model.
