I love TED Talks...some of the videos have truly inspired and influenced me greatly and of course they are free - a great example of people sharing their experiences and knowledge if ever there was one.

So when the 12 Must Watch TED Talks for Teachers popped up in my Twitter feed this morning I thought I'd share it here.

You may have see some of these videos already but if you haven't and your a Learning Professional then these are must watch videos. Here are the 12 videos with links

1- Every Kid Needs A Champion by Rita Pierson

2- How to Escape Education's Death Valley by Sir Ken Robinson

3- The Key to Success ? Grit by Angela Lee Duckworth

4- How Great Leaders In spire Action by Simon Sinek

5- The Puzzle of Motivation by  Dan Pink

6- Teach Teachers how to Create Magic by Christopher Emdin

8- Math Class Needs A Makeover by Dan Meyer

9- 3 Rules to Spark Learning by Ramsey Musallam

11- A Girl Who Demanded School by Kakenya Ntaiya

12- How to Learn from Mistakes by Diana Laufenberg
It got me thinking there may be other great TED Talks out there that might not be well known.

  • What a great list. I love TED Talks too - they are an amazing resource for L&D practitioners too.

One of my favourites is The Power of Vulnerability by Brene Brown. Less about learning, more about being human . . . really powerful.
