I love TED Talks...some of the videos have truly inspired and influenced me greatly and of course they are free - a great example of people sharing their experiences and knowledge if ever there was one.

What a great list. I love TED Talks too - they are an amazing resource for L&D practitioners too.
One of my favourites is The Power of Vulnerability by Brene Brown. Less about learning, more about being human . . . really powerful.
