Hi all.

I've posted this in the Engagament Zone, but thought I'd post it on here as well.

I was hoping for some help with some research I'm doing. If money was no object and you wanted to replace your engagement survey with something totally different, what would it be? (Think not metric focused, but behavioural and attitude focused). Or what have you seen that is amazing and leading the way in being totally different.


I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

    If money was no object I would take the entire workforce away to somewhere exotic and encourange them to tell me what they really thought about the business! I'm thinking like Richard Branson's Necker Island!!!
