For those of you waking up today and the outcome of the General Election hot off the press an interesting review of what a hung parliament could mean for employment law.
It will also be interesting to see how this will impact the Brexit negotiations.
What impact would a hung parliament have for your business?

In my experience at local government level, being hung means that only the obvious and important really get done, most of the rest get overlooked or timed out, and decisions / plans can change as they work through the various levels of decision making.
I suspect that means a lot of employment law will stay as it is for a good few years.
What may be more interesting is how the government approaches issues of equality - in particular sexual orientation and religious belief given the DUP's conservative stance on these matters - Theresa May's reassurances to Ruth Davidson notwithstanding....
Hi Sarah,
This article relates to the May 2010 election ... However, it will be interesting to see how the Great Repeal Bill progresses with a minority government!

Debbie
All very interesting Sarah
Wonder if it will impact on the Apprenticeship Levy too?
