  • Yes my company has just introduced this. We pay £75.00 for an ideas that are put into action. Once every three months we review the ideas and pay out.

    We have a Bright Sparks scheme whereby ideas are submitted via a formal process with a feedback tracker.  It is then considered in a monthly forum,  These attract a voucher value of £100 if feasible.  The idea does not necesssarily have to have been implemented at that point but must have been investigated and considered to be implemented in the near future.  We include these in an annual best Bright Spark of the year award,  The value of this is £250 voucher.  The annual award criteria would be that he idea is implemented and adding value.

    We have a very simple practice in that if there is a suggestion that has been implemented and proved beneficial to the company, they get £250. We do this annually so there is adequate time to be able to see the benefit to the company.
