Morning all
Interesting to read this morning in the wake of the Carillion collapse that auditors KPMG are to be investigated by the Financial Reporting Council.
I also heard on the radio this morning that this would also include investigation of the accountants who worked on the client. This got me thinking about the role of HR and how accountable we are for actions taken within the workplace especially in the coroprate context. Will this mean more rigourous scrutiny in the future? How can HR respond to this?
Would be interested to hear your thoughts on this.
