Hi Louise
Wow looks like you've had some great responses from the community! I must admit this topic is not something which I know too much about but I did however find a useful summary article of the pros and cons which is also very recent.

Hope this help!

Hi Louise,
My firm has used childcare vouchers for around 10 years and our provider is ComputerShare. Whilst there have always only been a handful of employees at any one time who have used this benefit (due to our size), we have received positive feedback. It is very easy to set up and is now all completed on line. We have continued to promote the scheme as parents have not always realised that as the children get older they can be used for summer schemes etc.
Hope this helps, good luck.
Amanda
Hi Louise
In my old company we used to use KiddiVouchers like Chrissy, which from my understanding was really good and it was used for a large organisation of around 6000 employees. This was centrally managed by our Reward Team however, so I don't have any information to share re: the background of the scheme I'm afraid.
With my new company, the following scheme was already in place when I joined, which currently works effectively for both us and our employees and is easy to use (we're an organisation of around 30): https://www.childcarescheme.com/
Best of luck with the rest of your research! :)

Hi Louise,
We started using the KiddiVouchers scheme about six months ago and it's proved to be really popular with our staff. We probably have about an 80% take-up among employees with young children. I can't say much about it from the financial perspective as I don't really get involved with that, but our Finance Manager is very shrewd and would have made it clear if this was not financially viable for the company, but so far she seems happy with it too. It was certainly quick and simple to set up and easy for everyone to understand.
